FAQ
Common questions
Does Vertex work in non-Oxford servers?
Yes, but it’s designed around Oxford Response communities, so the best experience is there.
How will our server benefit from Vertex?
You’ll benefit from faster response times, Oxford-specific automation, active developer support, and future partnership benefits such as free Vertex+.
Is Vertex free?
Vertex is 100% free to use, we plan on implementing Vertex+, but Vertex's base features will be 100% free and 100% reliable.
Do you offer setup help?
Yes. We assist with full setup and configuration, which is currently offered for free to some communities but will be Vertex+ in the future.
