Privacy Policy
This page explains what Vertex may store and why. Replace or expand sections to match your real data handling. (If you want, paste your actual policy text and I’ll format it into this design.)
1) Data we process
Vertex may process limited Discord-related identifiers strictly for functionality, such as:
- Server (guild) IDs and configuration values (channels/roles).
- Command usage required to produce requested outputs (e.g., logs/votes).
- Oxford API configuration status and server key references (never display secrets publicly).
2) How we use data
- To provide bot features (commands, permissions, logs, session tools).
- To debug issues and improve reliability (e.g., bugfixes like V1.1.3 session vote button).
- To support server owners during setup (e.g., owner-approved DevTools requests).
3) Retention
Configuration data is typically kept while the bot is in your server and may be removed if the bot leaves. If you self-host, retention depends on your hosting setup.
4) Your rights
Server owners can request removal of stored configuration where applicable. If you operate the bot yourself, you control your storage.
5) Contact
Use the Support page for contact methods. Replace this section with a support email or Discord invite.
Owner control note: Permission bypass requests (V1.1.3) are owner-approved and revokable — owners remain in control.
