1) Acceptance

By inviting and using Vertex, you agree to these Terms and to comply with Discord’s Terms and guidelines.

2) Acceptable use

• Do not use Vertex to harass, exploit, or abuse other users.
• Do not attempt to bypass permissions or access restricted data without owner approval.
• Follow your local rules and Discord’s platform requirements.

3) Server owner responsibilities

• You control your server’s roles, channels, and moderation decisions.
• You’re responsible for ensuring Vertex has the correct permissions to function.
• Owner-approved DevTools (like permission bypass requests in V1.1.3) are optional and revokable.

4) Liability

Vertex is provided “as is.” We’re not liable for disruptions caused by Discord outages, permission misconfiguration, or third-party services.

5) Changes

Features and terms can change over time. Major updates should be reflected in the Updates page.
